Maury Van Vliet Chairman of the Board |
Maury G. Van Vliet graduated from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. (Geology) and an LL.B. prior to being involved with various corporate businesses including Amoco, Enbridge, and Oxford Properties. He was involved in several business ventures as an officer and shareholder in Calgary and Edmonton. Maury was also a partner in a very successful aviation fuel supplier for seven years before establishing Environmental Refuelling Systems Inc. with two of his sons. He has been active in business, community, and sporting organizations for over 40 years. |

Todd Van Vliet |
J. Todd Van Vliet, B.A., LL.B., has an International Baccalaureate from Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, and a Law Degree from McGill University. He has 20 years of experience in the private practice of law before joining with the other founding shareholders to form ERS. Todd has extensive experience advising corporations and owners, which has provided him with valuable insight into creating and attaining the performance goals for ERS. |

Scott Van Vliet |
Scott M. Van Vliet, ERS Co-President, has a B. Sc. (Ag) from Montana State University. Scott grew up in agriculture and made a career in the cattle business working with ranches throughout North and South America including beef exports to Asia. In 2004, he returned to Canada to begin a career in the fuel business, initially working with his father Maury on remote storage and dispensing systems for helicopter operators. This experience led to the development of the patent pending fully self-contained cardlock systems now in use remotely by ERS. Scott's extensive operational experience and business development aptitude has been an asset to the growth of the business since ERS was formed in 2005.

Joanne Anderson |
Joanne is a graduate from the University of Alberta School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant. She brings over 20 years of combined experience in a diverse range of businesses. This experience includes providing professional advisory services to the transportation and energy service sectors as well as leading the finance departments in businesses with multiple locations. In addition, Joanne has extensive experience in developing and managing business processes to improve customer service and to meet the requirements for good corporate governance. |

Robb Hornland |
Robb joins the ERS management team with over 26 years experience in the petroleum business. He has been a co-owner and operator of a wholesale fuel and transport company and was involved in every aspect of the business from distribution and transportation to the marketing of fuels and lubricants to resellers, commercial, and agricultural customers. Robb enjoys the many challenges of the fuel industry and excels at meeting customer’s needs. He holds a BSc. from the University of Alberta and has completed various marketing and sales courses over the years. |

Gary Bablitz Frac General Manager |
Gary Bablitz joined the Frac Shack International Inc. team with over 20 years of manufacturing and automation management experience. He owned and operated his own window and glass manufacturing company. Gary was also an owner/operator of an automation and robotics engineering consulting company for the last three years, has managed a tempered glass manufacturing company, and set up several different companies from the “ground up”. Gary’s creative thinking and his ability to get to the heart of a problem and come up with simple solutions has made him stand out in the crowd. He has an innate ability to solve complex problems and lead people and companies into success. Responsible for the overall management for FSI, Gary gives solid leadership to all of his staff. He can be depended on to treat customers with all of the care and attention they need to be successful in their drive for performance.

Richard Juba HS&E Manager |
Richard Juba, CRSP and OH&S, comes to ERS with 34 years of experience and a very diverse background. Richard worked on drilling rigs and in the oil completion sector specialized in cementing, acidizing, and fraccing during his early years. For more than 30 years, Richard has been employed in the transportation industry. During many of those years, he was involved in the distribution of fuel and aviation products throughout western and northern Canada. Richard has had a very active career, which includes driving, dispatching, safety, training, as well as operations management. Richard began a full-time career in safety some 14 years ago but all through his working life, he has been involved in safety training in some form. Richard has completed the Transportation Safety Directors program and the two-year Occupational Health and Safety program from the University of Alberta. He is most proud, however, of his professional designation: Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). He is one of the only 5% of safety professional in Canada in the transportation field holding this designation.

Terri Donalds joined us in January of 2006. Her 20 years of experience in accounting, inventory control, and management plus her experience with the transportation industry have made her an invaluable member of our management team. |

Mike Lovin General Manager – Operations
|
Mike comes to the ERS management team with over 17 years experience in the petroleum distribution business specializing in road construction, logging, and pipeline industries. In the last five years, Mike has focused on the challenges that areas like the Athabasca Oilsands bring where remote petroleum storage, product management, and inventory control systems are required. Mike has a comprehensive and proven history in cardlock design, specialized bulk delivery systems, power generation, and inventory control systems. His exceptional skills in operations, combined with his dedication to customer service and management, make him a key member of the ERS team. Mike was recently promoted to the position of General Manager – Operations.

Lance Holmstrom Frac Controller |
Lance Holmstrom, BComm, CCP, CGA, brings over 10 years of financial management expertise in various oilfield industries including wholesale, equipment rental, hospitality, and manufacturing. Lance’s expertise includes job costing, process improvement, and team management, all of which will be of value as Frac Shack International Inc. (FSI) grows. |

Brent McRae Transport Manager |
Brent has over 30 years of experience in the transportation of petroleum products. He brings a highly efficient and hands-on approach to ERS Transport leading to premium customer service. Supporting customer and staff development are his number one priorities. He focuses on understanding his people’s needs and helps them be the best they can be. Brent’s business development skills combined with his out-of-the-box thinking always gives our customers a solution. He has cultivated excellent problem-solving skills while managing the transportation program for 10 years at a multi-national firm in Cuba. Brent was also directly involved with his family’s transportation business for 20 years servicing all aspects of the crude, condensate, and asphalt demands for a variety of western Canadian companies. Brent is trained in CSTS, TDG, WHIMIS, OSSA, First Aid, Fall Protection, H2S Alive, and Hazard Assessment. |

Tana Martin Office and Personnel Manager |
Tana Martin, B.P.E., is responsible for the executive management of office and HR administration. She has extensive experience in office coordination and communications, training and staff development, and human resources management. She plays a key role in day-to-day office efficiency. |
